If you sign in with an email and a password, we store the email and a hash of the password (not the password itself) in Cloudflare KV. We also store your balance, the session id, and a record of the top-ups already paid.

Files you upload and the results (two SVG variants, JPEG, PNG, PDF, or ZIP) are kept so we can show a preview when there is one and hand you the download. The file is processed to produce that result.

We do this to provide the service and the top-up (contract), to keep the session safe, and to meet legal duties that apply. We do not build advertising profiles.

The account and the balance stay while the account exists, or until you ask us to delete them. Files and results are kept for 14 days so you can download them, then deleted automatically. The session cookie lasts about a day. If you pick a language, the vzlang cookie lasts about a year.

Invoices: when you pay, we keep the billing details you enter at Stripe (name, address, country and tax ID if you give one) to make your invoice, which we keep for as long as the law requires even if you delete your account. You can see them, and delete your account, in My account.

Stripe takes the card payment; we do not store the card number. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the data in KV, including outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards that provider uses.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability by writing to info@destyway.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection agency: aepd.es.
